Shipping Coverage

We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan including but not limited to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and many more.

Delivery Timeframes

•          Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 3 business days

•          Other Cities: 3 to 5 business days

•          Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

•          Free shipping on orders above Rs. 1,500

•          Standard shipping fee: Rs. 150 to Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 1,500

•          Shipping charges may vary for remote areas

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment. If a delivery attempt fails twice, the order may be cancelled.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. Use this number to track your order in real time through our courier partner's tracking system.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
