Return & Exchange Policy

At SHOPEYA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligible Return Conditions

A return or exchange will be accepted under the following conditions:

          The product received is damaged or defective

          The wrong product was delivered

          The product is significantly different from the listing description

          The product is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

          Products that have been used, washed, or altered

          Products returned without original packaging

          Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' on the product page

          Beauty and personal care products that have been opened

How to Request a Return

          Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery

          Step 2: Share your order number and reason for return with photos/video

          Step 3: Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours

          Step 4: Send the product back to our address (we will provide it)

          Step 5: Refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
