Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligible Return Conditions

A return or exchange will be accepted under the following conditions:

•          The product received is damaged or defective

•          The wrong product was delivered

•          The product is significantly different from the listing description

•          The product is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

•          Products that have been used, washed, or altered

•          Products returned without original packaging

•          Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' on the product page

•          Beauty and personal care products that have been opened

How to Request a Return

•          Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery

•          Step 2: Share your order number and reason for return with photos/video

•          Step 3: Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours

•          Step 4: Send the product back to our address (we will provide it)

•          Step 5: Refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
